#13 My Purse Makeup Bag
This is the makeup bag that I carry in my purse - super cute huh?
When I first got it I use to keep my kobo on one side and my makeup on the other. Pretty soon though I realized that I needed more room for my makeup.
First my concealers - I am in love with my Garnier Skin Renew anti-Dark Circle Concealer Roller. I just roll it on and blend it out with my fingers. If they need a little more love I use Erase Paste (very carefully, you seriously only need a little bit or it will not look pretty) with the Samantha Chapman Real Techniques Crease brush(the purple one) to apply and blend. Finally for any other blemishes or red spots I use my Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer with the Tarte concealer brush.
Onto Face - I received the Laura Gellar Spackle tinted under make-up primer in bronze in my birchbox a couple of months back. It really isn't as scary as it looks - It adds some color to your face as well as primes it. It is pretty awesome for these winter months when my face could use a pick me up. I also have Tarte's Park Avenue Princess Bronzer, its not my favorite bronzer but I got it as a sample and I am trying to use it up so I can justify getting a new bronzer. It does add overall warmth to your face but it is not that great for contouring. Then I have a Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Charisma - a color that I have loved for fall! I use the pointer Tarte brush with my bronzer and the two ended for my blush. Sometimes I use the smaller end to highlighting or blending out the edges or my eye look.
Now my favorite Eyes - I carry three cream eyeshadows that I use as bases for looks, MAC's paint pot in Nubile(which is awesome under any look) Tarte's Shimmering Taupe and Tarte's Shimmering Moss. Next, I carry 4 MAC shades in this elf compact that only cost a dollar! The colors are Moleskin(Upper Right), Short Shorts(Upper Left), All That Glitters(Lower Right), and Woodwinked(Lower Left). Woodwinked is gorgeous over the Shimmering Moss cream shadow. I have a sample size Urban Decay primer potion, Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes! Mascara(very awesome), and a sharpener. My favorite product out of all of these are the Tarte smolderEyes eyeliners! I have the colors Fig and Charcoal. They are a bit thicker than a normal eyeliner which can be tricky but you can smoke them out with a blender that is at the other end. They are just gorgeous and stay one all day!
I don't use a lot of lip products but I do like Tarte's Lip Surgence. These are in Sweet and Delighted.
And here are my eyeshadow brushes that I forgot to put with my other eye stuff. The double-ended one is pretty awesome though I tend to just use the one end for both my lid and crease. The other end I barely use. The other brush I use with my cream shadows. They are both by Tarte.
And that's it! Your probably wondering why I have so much Tarte! That's cause I signed up for the Glow your Way to Gorgeous kit on QVC. I have already gotten 2 shipments and will get a third next year. It is pretty awesome! So there.

#12 Pumpkin Wands (not exactly a look)
You will need: pretzel rods, melting chocolate, marshmallows of your choice, and sprinkles of your choice. |
Inspired by this. |
Poke a small opening into the bottom of the marshmallow. |
Insert the pretzel into this opening. |
Melt chocolate according to package. |
Dip and swirl the marshmallow and pretzel in melted chocolate...you might have to spoon some chocolate on. (Be careful because the pretzel might break swirling.) |
Decorate as you wish. |
Beautiful! |
And delicious. I had to hide them, or I would have eaten them all! |

Look #9 Roller Derby Chic
My friend asked me to do her make-up for her roller derby pictures. Here is the look. I used e.l.f. 100 eyeshadow palette and Urban Decay's 15-year Anniversary palette.
First I blended UD "Vanilla" and an e.l.f. shimmery white all over the lid to the eyebrow. Next I blended UD "Blackout" in the outer corner between the lid and the brow bone. Using a pencil brush, I then put e.l.f. red in the crease. With a fluffy brush, I blended a shimmery e.l.f. grey above the red and into "Blackout". "Blackout" is really pigmented so I had to really work to blend it. To accentuate the lid, I blended a matte white from the e.l.f. palette carefully smoothing out the lines from the red. Finally, I used UD "Vanilla" again to highlight the brow bones. I used UD "Perversion" from the 15-year Anniversary eyeliner set on the upper and lower lashlines. (I have to admit that she did the waterline, because I'm really worried about poking people in the eye.)
For her cheeks, I used an e.l.f. bronzer from the Orgasm "dupe" duo and Hot Topic red. I used the bronzer below the cheek bones and then used a stipple brush to apply the red--blending more than anything, really.
Finally, and my favorite, are the lips....I lined the lips with UD "Gash" and used NYX "Amersterdam" on her lips. I love this color. It stays in place and last a loooooooooooong time. The color pops and your lips stay really smooth.
And while typing this I realize that we forgot mascara, so I'm hoping another derby girl has some she can mooch!
